Mosaic Repair

Mosaic Repair
Friday morning, July 3rd repairs began on the mosaic in the park. Michael Solomon a local resident and an acrylic mixed media artist volunteered to provide his expertise, time and materials for the repair.

In addition to Bernie Warnock, Delores Orr and Richard Santaga all Friends of Tribute Park Board Members, The Wave sent reporter Angelia Roggie to report about the work in the park.

Wednesday, Oct. 21st, members of the Parks Department and Friends of Tribute Park Board had a SCOPE meeting at the park to assess improvements.
Capital improvements money, totaling over $600,000, will be provided by FEMA and by Councilman Eric Ulrich’s Participatory Budgeting Program.
